The Dangers of Anti-depressants

Feb 2nd 2018

One cannot talk about antidepressants (SSRI antidepressants) without talking about depression, which is the mental health disorder antidepressant drugs are prescribed for.

NOTE: SSRI = Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors

So within this article I will cover both the dangers of antidepressant drugs and the disease and disorder of depression.

I am very qualified to talk about depression, well, at least in my personal opinion, because it’s something I saw often as a little boy growing up, plus, I have helped many people (mostly women) overcome depression naturally through dietary modification (vegan and raw/live foods), herbal compounds, positive thinking exercises, affirmations, and other natural modalities.

I witnessed depression periodically in my mother and my maternal aunts coming up as a little boy and teenager. In fact, depression played a role in three of my maternal aunts committing suicide. I know depression all too well! Not from experience but from observation, personal interaction, research, and study.

I’m really thankful to my father. My father served as great inspiration in my life. He really balanced my mother. My father was a Libra and my mother was an Aries, so they were astrological opposites, and boy did they balance each other out after so many challenges.

My father’s spirit, usually one of hope, strength, and enthusiasm served as an antidote to my mother’s periodic dark moments which included depressive states.

When my mother was up, she was up; but when she was down, she was down. The trip thing is, my mother didn’t do drugs like my aunts, who were known to pop pills and experiment with hard drugs; however, my mother used to hit the bottle hard and alcohol became her Achilles tendon. At times, she was the Black version of Sue Ellen Ewing from the television show ‘Dallas.’

I’m quite sure my life would not have turned out the way it did had it not been for my father being in my life. I am/was very privileged to be an African-American and having both a mother and father in the same home. Having two parents in the home provided my siblings and I with stability and balance as well as an example, despite periods of dysfunctionality in the home from time to time, which was quite normal in the Hood. My Hood was 105th Street between Main Street and San Pedro Street in South Central Los Angeles. The Hood helped to shape me and gave me valuable life experiences and lessons that have greatly helped me in my adult years.

The number one antidepressant drug of choice for my mother and aunts was the drug ‘Valium.’ I learned about ‘Valium’ as a little boy. My mother’s side of the family had serious mental problems and half of my aunts (total of 8) and uncles (total of 4) took ‘Valium.’ But I remember how things seemed to have always gotten worse with my mother and aunts from taking ‘Valium.’ There bouts of depression seemed to have gotten worse after taking ‘Valium’ and suicide became a major theme for these women, notwithstanding my mother, strongest of the sisters. I never heard so much talk about suicide than I did while coming up, and only from my mother’s side of the family.

And now as a health researcher, I clearly know why of all the depressive mood states and suicidal tendencies with my mother and aunts.

Like many antidepressant drugs on the market, ‘Valium’ induces suicidal tendencies and thoughts. So does Prozac! I learned this from my research back in the late 1990s. It’s clearly documented too.

As depression rates soared in the United States in the last decades, new pharmaceutical antidepressant drugs have hit the market. Antidepressant drugs such as Prozac, Celexa, Zoloft, Lexapro, Sarafem, Zyban, Luvox, Wellbutrin, Effexor, and Serzone to name a few have ended up as prescriptions for millions of Americans, including the late great pop icon Michael Jackson.

Many antidepressant drugs are unnecessarily prescribed, like in the case of female menstruation whereby doctors are now prescribing antidepressant drugs such as Prozac for teen girls and women to combat their PMS (premenstrual syndrome).

Statistics in the Matrix suggest that 7 out of 100 people will suffer from depression after age 18 at some point in their lives; and presently, 1 in 33 children and 1 in 8 adolescents suffer from clinical depression.

Statistics also show that 6 million people are affected by late life depression; and that only 10% receive treatment or help. However, most people diagnosed with major depression receive a diagnosis between their late twenties to mid-thirties.

For every one man that develops depression, two women will develop depression, regardless of racial or ethnic background or economic status.

And the depression and suicide rates of young African-American males are startling. You hardly hear anything about this. Perhaps it’s because African-American males are already so expendable in the eyes of so many in our society, so why should anyone be alarmed at this revelation? Starling or not, it is a reality and black medical and health organizations and authorities should start looking into this.

Many members of the U.S. military return back to civilian life very depressed, and understandably so. The rates of suicides committed by U.S. military troops are startling. The federal government keeps this on the down low. I remember learning about how more Vietnam vets died from committing suicide upon retuning home to the United States than who died from actual combat in the war. This revelation blew me away! What are they doing and experiencing in foreign lands that make them so depressed that they don’t want to live anymore? I know the answer to this, but still, I have to ask the question to stimulate thought.

Please reference the following article written by Washington Post staff writer Ann Scott Tyson:

“Suicides among active-duty soldiers this year are on pace to exceed both last year's all-time record and, for the first time since the Vietnam War, the rate among the general U.S. population, Army officials said yesterday. Ninety-three active-duty soldiers had killed themselves through the end of August, the latest data show. A third of those cases are under investigation by the Armed Forces Medical Examiner's Office. In 2007, 115 soldiers committed suicide. Failed relationships, legal and financial troubles, and the high stress of wartime operations in Iraq and Afghanistan are the leading factors linked to the suicides, Army officials said.

The Army's suicide rate has increased from 12.4 per 100,000 in 2003, when the Iraq war started, to 18.1 per 100,000 last year. Suicide attempts by soldiers have also increased since 2003, Stephens said. This year the death rate is likely to exceed that of a demographically similar segment of the U.S. population -- 19.5 per 100,000, Stephens said. According to service officials, the last time that occurred was in the late 1960s during the Vietnam War, when the United States had a draft Army that suffered from serious discipline problems.” September 5, 2008; Page A02

It is reported that more soldiers died from suicide than during actual combat in the Vietnam War. Please reference the following”

“In Chuck Deans' book, Nam Vet., printed in 1990 by Multnomah Press, Portland, Oregon, 97226, the author states that "Fifty-eight thousand plus died in the Vietnam War. Over 150,000 have committed suicide since the war ended". According to this book, Chuck Dean is a Vietnam Veteran who served in the 173rd Airborne, arriving in Vietnam in 1965. At the time the book was written, Mr. Dean was the executive director of Point Man International, a Seattle based, non-profit support organization dedicated to healing the war wounds of Vietnam Veterans.

While doing research for his novel, Suicide Wall, Alexander Paul contacted Point Man International and was given the name of a retired VA doctor, and conducted a phone interview with him. In that interview, the doctor related that his estimate of the number of Vietnam Veteran suicides was 200,000 men, and that the reason the official suicide statistics were so much lower was that in many cases the suicides were documented as accidents, primarily single-car drunk driving accidents and self inflicted gunshot wounds that were not accompanied by a suicide note or statement. According to the doctor, the under reporting of suicides was primarily an act of kindness to the surviving relatives.

If the estimate of over 150,000 veterans of the Vietnam War having committed suicide since returning home is true, the figure would be almost three times the number killed in the war. When these deaths are added to the 50,000 plus Vietnam War casualties, the number approaches the 292,000 American casualties of World War II.”

Man, I hope the estimates given in the article above are not accurate. If so, this is a serious tragedy.

Statistics also reveal that more than half of all people caring for an older relative show clinically significant depressive symptoms. And for some strange reason (which I know serves a purpose), it is projected that by the year 2020, depression will be the 2nd most common health problem in the world.

If depression is going to be the 2nd most common health problem in the world, then people all around the world are about to get ready to see some very bad stuff take place in the world. Depression doesn’t just fall out of the sky. Depression is a reaction to something.

Depression is a serious challenge to optimal health and wellbeing. It is also a symptom of other health challenges.

Twenty-five percent (25%) of cancer patients suffer from depression, and understandably so.

Eighteen percent (18%) of post-stroke patients suffer from depression.

Approximately one of every two patients with an eating disorder suffers from major or clinical depression.

Twenty-seven percent (27%) of persons with substance abuse disorders (both alcohol and other substances) experience depression.

Major depressive disorder is the leading cause of disability in the United States for ages 15-44.

Clinical or major depression is the top cause of disability throughout the world for persons 5 and over.

In the United States alone, businesses may spend anywhere from 12 to 70 billion dollars caring for or paying for the medical expenses of employees that have depression or suffer from related mental illness.

According to Dr. Ann Blake Tracy:

“In 2003, somewhere between 28 and 30 million Americans had taken Prozac, Zoloft, Paxil or some similar SSRI antidepressant. That’s about one in every 10 people. (With the growing use of these medications for other kinds of complaints, that number is a lot higher today.) The majority of these were not clinically depressed. These drugs are currently prescribed for everything from depression or anxiety to PMS to smoking cessation to ADD. But there are some serious problems with this: First of all, the things these drugs are prescribed for are not diseases; they are symptoms of other problems that are never addressed with this so-called therapeutic approach. They have been labeled as diseases, not on the basis of sound medical investigation, but because drug companies employ great marketers – as well as about half the people on the FDA’s advisory committees. Secondly, the concept behind these drugs is severely flawed. Depression, anxiety, PMS, or ADD are not the result of low serotonin levels. Serotonin is neurotoxic; and, elevated levels are associated with autism, Alzheimer’s and other neurological problems. The elevated levels of serotonin, as well as cortisol, caused by these drugs can cause changes in neurons that can be classified as brain damage. These drugs are a kind of slow-fuse LSD, which have severe side of effects, caused by the brain’s reaction to artificially high serotonin levels. But there’s a much greater reason for concern: suicide and suicide/murder.”

This is not from the mouth of Djehuty Ma’at-Ra, dear readers! This is from Dr. Ann Blake Tracy, leading expert in the world on serotonergic medication and the Executive Director for the International Coalition For Drug Awareness as well as author of the book “Prozac: Panacea or Pandora?”

Consider the following:

“On June 19, 2003, the FDA (Food and Drug Administration), following the lead of the British MCA, ruled that Paxil should not be given to kids 18 or under, because of the increased risk of suicidal impulses. But is that risk limited to children? Or to Paxil, for that matter? With 50,000+ suicides in America each year, and the growing phenomena of mass murders and murder/suicide, this is clearly an issue that demands more honest investigation. But, from what can be seen of today’s FDA/Pharmaceutical Company joint venture, we’re not likely to see it anytime soon.” Dr. Ann Blake Tracy, Ph.D

Dr. Candace B. Pert, a developer of the serotonin binding process, publicly called these SSRI antidepressant drugs ‘Monsters’ and rightfully so:

“Dr. Candace B. Pert, Research Professor at the Georgetown University Medical Center, Washington, D.C., was one of the two developers of the serotonin binding process that made these drugs possible. She made a statement in Time Magazine (October 20, 1997), calling these drugs monsters, and saying that she is alarmed that she had anything to do with their creation.”

Dr. Candace B. Pert goes on to state (quoted from Dr. Ann Tracy Blake):

“With these SSRI antidepressants, especially in longer-term use, we would see the same cardiovascular problems we saw with Fen-Fen and Redux. You see: the drugs we're discussing here aren't just Prozac, Zoloft, Paxil, Luvox, Effexor, Celexa, Lexapro, Sarafem and Anafronil; but also Fen-Fen, Redux, Meridia. These diet pills also work on serotonin levels.

Never in the history of medicine has the developer of any particular medication come out as strongly as Dr. Pert did; especially while the drugs are still on the market. Four years later, how many patients are being told that the developer is alarmed at the monster the doctor is handing to them?

With Fen-Fen and Redux, we learned that high serotonin levels produce a gummy, gooey, glossy substance that builds up on the heart valves, and keep the valve from shutting. The lawsuits are still being filed four years later.

We also know that high serotonin will cause a gummy, gooey, glossy substance to build up in the brain tissue. We call that Alzheimer's.”

SSRI Antidepressants and Suicide

If you think depression is a problem, just start taking some pharmaceutical antidepressant drugs and watch your problem(s) get worse. If depression is bad, what is suicide murder?

It is safe to say that SSRI antidepressants KILL! Why would the FDA approve of such harmful drugs? Can you say: profits?

The criminal and nefarious FDA allows these harmful medications on the market despite the harm they do and you still have people who will ask herbalists are we regulated by the damn FDA? That’s like asking us does Charles Manson endorse our products. Why would herbalists or even myself want to have anything to do with the FDA considering the history and nature of this criminal agency and enterprise?

Dr. Ann Tracy Blake reveals startling information exposing sinister pharmaceutical drugs that so many American’s trusted and their beloved FDA approved, which has led to numerous deaths (suicide and murder/suicide). Reference the following:

“I've testified in court cases related to the adverse effects of SSRI drugs for the last 10 years (as of 2003). An article in the Washington Times Insight Magazine included a chart of some of these cases. Here are just a few of the really famous cases, just to give you an idea of the types of reactions we're talking about.

1. Andrea Yates drowned her five children in a bathtub. She was on two of these SSRI antidepressants, at maximum dose. There had been an adjustment in the medication two days before this tragedy happened. That adjustment alone was enough to cause this tragedy.

2. Del Shannon, the singer from the sixties, who had the hit song, "Run Away", committed suicide after three weeks on Prozac. The pharmaceutical company has settled his case.

3. Joseph Westbecker went on a shooting rampage in Kentucky, killing eight people — seven coworkers, and then himself. That case has also been settled, for what looks like $50M.

4. Officer Steven Christian, a Dallas police officer, dressed in plain clothes, ran into a police station shooting. The pharmaceutical company has settled his case.

5. Donald Shell of Gillette, WY, shot his wife, daughter, baby granddaughter, and then himself, after taking only two doses of Paxil. This last summer, a jury ruled that the Paxil was the cause for this, and awarded his family $6.4M.

6. In the Lacuzong case, a man with no prior history of violence, drowned his two children and then himself in the same bathtub. The makers of Paxil settled that case.

7. Phil Hartman, the comedian, was shot by his wife, who then shot herself. That case has been settled for their children.

8. Columbine. When the plaintiffs got a new attorney, the drug company pulled Luvox from the American market. Luvox is the drug that Erik Harris was on the day that he went psychotic, and went on the shooting spree with his friend Dillon. We still have no idea what Dillon was on, because his records have been sealed. We're hoping that this lawsuit will bring that out to the public.

9. The Salt Lake Family History Library shooting, that killed a good friend of mine. A 70-year-old man, from a good family, went on that shooting rampage.

10. Mark Barton, the Atlanta day-trader, went on the shooting spree in Atlanta. He killed his family, and then he went to an office and killed several other people, and then himself.

11. The New York City subway bomber, Edward Leary.

12. The Connecticut Lottery shooting.

I just mentioned these highest-profile cases; but, there are many others. You need to know that Prozac, Zoloft, Paxil, Luvox, Celexa, Sarafem, Fen-Phen, Redux, Meridia, Effexor, Serzone, Wellbutrin, Zyban, or any one of the other SSRI antidepressant drugs, induced every one of these tragedies. This is happening right under our noses; people are dying everywhere; but, it's not brought to you on your evening news. It's just horrible that we're not being told what is going on.

And you should know this, as well: When the big pharmaceutical companies settled these court cases, the agreements included gag orders. These families can't tell you what I'm telling you here. So, while the families get some compensation for their loss, there is no justice. No responsibility or guilt is ever officially attached, and these companies are allowed to continue on, business as usual.”

Again, it is safe to say that SSRI antidepressants KILL! Why would the FDA approve of such harmful drugs? Can you say: profits? That’s right! Profits over human life!

Folks, there’s a reason why we are seeing and hearing about so many murder/suicides today. Pharmaceutical drugs! Not Nature’s herbs, but these darn toxic and poisonous pharmaceutical drugs that have no place in the human body.

People are shooting up their families, shooting up schools, shooting up their place of employment, shooting up churches, shooting up hospitals, and shooting up colleges and universities.

Back in the 1980s, an African-American male, Tyrone Williams, a member of the Rev. Jim Jone’s People’s Temple cult, opened fire on an elementary school in South Central Los Angeles while the children were out playing during recess, and killed a little Black girl. It was later discovered that Jones was performing mind control experiments on his followers (who were mostly African-American [by 80%] and female [by 90%]) in Jonestown, Guyana and was using psychoactive pharmaceutical drugs on his followers.

It was discovered that Jonestown was a C.I.A. front for MK-Ultra (mind control experiment) which had been banned by Congress. Jones himself was a C.I.A. operative. He wasn’t an agent, but he was on the payroll. While official reports said Jones died in Jonestown, unofficial reports state he may have escaped to South America (also confirmed by Mae Brussell).

Jonestown was used for mind control experimentation:

“Members of Jim Jones’ “church” were bound and gagged immediately after landing in Guyana and taken to the compound. They were pumped with drugs, which were available in vast amounts at Jonestown — enough to drug 200,000 people for more than a year. Among the drugs found there: Quaaludes, Valium, morphine, Demerol, Thorazine (a dangerous tranquilizer), sodium pentathol (a truth serum), chloral hydrate (a hypnotic chemical agent), thallium (which confuses thinking), and, of course, cyanide.”

The FBI found a tape recording (known as tape Q875) after the mass suicide (which was really a massacre as the majority of those people in Jonestown were murdered via gunshot wound or needle injection) that included Jim Jones talking about the massacre of November 18, 1978, the day after it occurred (proof that Jones faked his death like Adolf Hitler, Jesse James, and John Wilkes Booth -- and went to Africa or Central America). This was even reported in the Oakland Tribune on October 31, 2004 by staff writer William Brand:

“OAKLAND — One day after the Jonestown mass suicides in 1978 in the jungle of Guyana, Jim Jones and leaders of the ill-fated settlement were still alive and calmly discussed the suicides and the murder of Rep. Leo Ryan, a historian said Saturday. “Everybody has assumed until recently that all 912 Jonestown residents, including Jones, died on the same day — Nov. 18, 1978,” said Fielding McGehee, who oversees the Jonestown Institute with his wife, Rebecca Moore, whose sisters and nephew died in Jonestown. But the tape found in Jonestown that the FBI labeled Q-875 appears to have been made many hours later, possibly on Nov. 19, McGehee said. The tape is one of 900 McGehee and Moore obtained from the FBI under a Freedom of Information Act request.”

Now how could Jones be alive and talking about what happened the previous night if he was supposed to have been dead, shot in the neck by a stray bullet?

Turns out that Congressman Leo Ryan was investigating the C.I.A., specifically MK-Ultra, which was banned in the 1960s, or so we were made to believe. To end Ryan’s snooping on the Agency, the Agency used their operative, Rev. Jim Jones, and his cult, to assassinate Congressman Ryan.

The C.I.A. killed two birds with one stone on November 18, 1978. They had Ryan murdered and the plug pulled on their secret Jonestown MK-Ultra experiment that Congressman Ryan was sure to find out about. Ryan’s death was blamed on Jones and his cult. The whole thing was well orchestrated and was linked to the subsequent killing of San Francisco mayor, George Moscone, and city councilman, Harvey Milk, the nation’s first open homosexual politician, murdered by Dan White, who got off light thanks to his “Twinkies” defense which resulted in the White Night riots of San Francisco on May 21, 1979.

Causes of Depression

First, lets define what depression is, at least from a medical perspective, so as to be able to understand it. You can’t heal any disease, disorder, or dysfunction unless and until you first understand what the disease, disorder, or dysfunction is – it’s source or origin, its nature, and its purpose.

Depression is a mental disorder that is medically defined as: “1. A decrease of vital functional activity. 2. A mood disturbance characterized by feelings of sadness, despair, and discouragement resulting from and normally proportionate to some personal loss or tragedy. 3. An abnormal emotional state characterized by exaggerated feelings of sadness, melancholy, dejection, worthlessness, emptiness, and hopelessness that are inappropriate and out of proportion to reality.” Mosby’s Medical Dictionary, 3rd edition, p. 354

Further,

“The overt manifestations, which are extremely variable, range from a slight lack of motivation and inability to concentrate to severe physiologic alterations of body functions and may represent symptoms of a variety of mental and physical conditions, a syndrome of related symptoms associated with a particular disease, or a specific mental illness. The condition is neurotic when the precipitating cause is an intrapsychic conflict or a traumatic situation or event that is identifiable, even though the person is unable to explain the overreaction to it. The condition is psychotic when there is severe physical and mental functional impairment because of some unidentifiable intrapsychic conflict; it is often accompanied by hallucinations, delusions, and confusion concerning time, place, and identity.” ibid

And furthermore,

“Depression may be expressed in a wide spectrum or affective, physiologic, cognitive, and behavioral manifestations. The varied behaviors represent the complex actions, reactions, and interactions of the depressed person to stimuli that may be either internal or external. Because the origin of depression can be genetic, pharmacologic, endocrinal, infectious, nutritional, neoplastic, or neurologic, the behavioral effects can appear as aggression or withdrawal, anorexia or overeating, anger or apathy or any of myriad of responses. Kinds of depression include “agitated depression”, “anaclitic depression”, “endogenous depression”, “involutional melancholia”, “reactive depression”, “retarded depression”, and “bipolar disorder.” ibid

The medical term ‘depression’ derives from a Latin word ‘deprimare’ meaning “to press down.”

Depression results when there is lack of inspiration, optimism, and enthusiasm in life. It is also the result of the spirit being deflated.

People become depressed when hope is lost or perceived to be lost.

People become depressed when they feel lonely or perceive themselves to be lonely.

People become depressed when they don’t feel loved or perceive to have lost love.

People become depressed when they don’t see a way out of a dark situation.

People become depressed when they don’t feel good about themselves over a long period of time.

People become depressed at the loss of a loved one to death.

People become depressed when they don’t have any money or are constantly broke, especially women.

HOPE

hope |hōp|. noun 1 a feeling of expectation and desire for a certain thing to happen • a person or thing that may help or save someone • grounds for believing that something good may happen : he does see some hope for the future. 2 archaic a feeling of trust.

Hope can be a good thing. It is good to remain hopeful, but at some point the things you hope for must materialize for if not, you begin to lose hope and may become disillusioned. I’ll tell you what’s better than hope and that is learning and mastering the art of deliberate creation or intention. You have to see in your mind all that you desire or are desirous of. See it in your mind, feel it – the results of having the desired thing; believe you are worthy of the desired thing. Believe that you already have the desired thing and you shall soon possess it in your hands or materially. You must learn to work your personal magic. We all have it!

It’s a shame that magic has been given such a bad name in the Matrix. Perhaps it was done so as to keep people from delving into the subject and art. Magic is not a bad thing. Magic is simply the art and science of causing change to occur in conformity with will. What’s bad or evil about that? I’m telling you: you had better re-educate yourself and fast, because you’re missing out on the magical life you truly and/or secretly desire.

If you constantly and only focus on that which you are hopeful for, you’ll never lose hope. Constantly focusing on what you’re hopeful for will cause it to physically manifest in accordance pursuant to the Law of Attraction.

Look at all the things (words) hope is synonymous with:

Hope. Aspiration, desire, wish, expectation, ambition, aim, goal, plan, design; dream, daydream, pipe dream.

Hopefulness. Optimism, expectation, expectancy; confidence, faith, trust, belief, conviction, assurance; promise, possibility.

So hope is good, but working the art and science of deliberate creation and intention is better. Come up with some personal goals and then use the art and science of deliberate creation and intention. Work your mental science.

LONELINESS

Loneliness is such an illusion. How could you ever be alone when God is always with you? Plus, your angels and spirit guides are also with you. People who are lonely are people who have not cultivated their relationship with their inner and higher selves – the God within. They focus too much on the people outside of themselves, so when a physical person leaves them or departs from them, they feel lonely. These people are usually dependent on another for something because they feel that they themselves are lacking that thing they look for and find in another person. Well, the grass does always look greener on the other side, but the same things we look for in other people we have and can find right within ourselves if we would just take the time and put forth the effort to do so. Everything without is also within!

The Michael Jackson fans that committed suicide shortly after his death were in error (despite free will) due to disillusionment and confusion. They forgot “their” purpose in life, why they agreed to come here. It was not to be a fan of another person or to live for another person, but something much higher and greater.

When you learn to enjoy being by yourself or only in the physical company or presence of your physical self, loneliness will disappear. You can’t be lonely if and when you enjoy being by yourself.

Of all zodiac signs, Earth signs (Taurus, Virgo, Capricorn) are more inclined to accept and enjoy being by themselves. They are very sociable and enjoy people, but they can do without it with no problems at all.

Aquarius, though not an Earth sign, also can do just fine being all alone, despite being the sign of Friends.

LOVE

Not being loved or not feeling loved is also an illusion. You are always loved, loved by God, your angels, and spirit guides! You see, the problem with many of us here in the United States is that we lack on the spiritual realm. We are too physical or material. We invest too much on material and mundane things pertaining to our material and mundane existence. We are greatly imbalanced because we don’t invest an equal amount of time and energy for things of a spiritual nature.

All love begins with self-love. If you desire for others to love you, then simply love yourself. Everything begins at home, not just charity.

Energy projects. When you love yourself, an energy of your self-love is projected onto others. This is done via your aura. When people come within your aura (energy field), they tap into your energy field and feel everything you’re feeling about yourself, whatever it may be – good or bad or positive or negative.

A feeling of self-love is communicable, but also magnetic. When you genuinely and sincerely love yourself, others will also love you and desire to love you. It’s that simple, people!

The Matrix has been fooling you on how to get other people to love you and to be attracted to you, making money off of you the entire time. You’re putting on makeup, getting your hair all flied up, buying new outfits, getting your body cut up on by surgeons to get plastic features installed (i.e. breasts, lips, buttocks), going to the gym lifting weights to develop your muscles, buying and reading books on how to master your mack (communication) game, watching sex and porn videos to master your sexual technique and skill, etc.

The Matrix also has us drained energetically because we also do a lot of lying to get people to notice us, become attracted to us and to love us. Lies are draining. Truth is liberating!

Love is a very simple thing! Now on the other hand, lust can be a very complex thing. Lust can make you confuse it with love. It happens all the time!

George Benson said it best in my elementary school graduation theme song “The Greatest Love of All” that learning to love yourself is the greatest love of all. I used to sit in the tub back in 2002 and listen to this song on repeat mode programming myself and reaffirming myself. Repetition of a message constitutes mental programming.

Read about love, positive stories or positive themes about love! Talk about love! Be about love! Watch movies with love and romance themes. Become what you desire! It’s that simple, people!

MONEY

Money, or the lack thereof, is a thing that can and has gotten most of us down at some point in our lives. I’ve been in a few relationships where my girlfriends lack of money made them greatly depressed. Me personally, I never really tripped on not having money. I didn’t like it, but hell, it wasn’t the end of the world for me. I still had other things to do which kept me motivated and focused and because of such, money eventually came.

Also, I’m a Taurus and this sign corresponds with the 2nd House which is the Money, Property, and Resource House. Taurus people naturally have the knack for acquiring, saving, managing, and increasing money.

More importantly for myself, in my natal chart, when I was born or incarnated, Sagittarius (and therefore Jupiter) was in my 2nd House. Jupiter deals with the energy of luck and optimism. All my life I had good luck pertaining to money. Whenever I needed it, it always came. I have always been lucky with money, which came in handy when I wasn’t conscious of mental science, Universal law, and occult and metaphysical studies. I have always been optimistic when it came to making money as well.

Regardless of your sign, in your natal chart, when you were born, some sign and ruling planet was in your 2nd House (we all have a second house) and this occurrence denotes your experiences and patterns with money and other material resources (as well as inner resources).

I became conscious of occult subjects pertaining to myself (like my personal numerology, personal astrological natal chart, etc.) and ended up on the other side of the rainbow. I don’t worry about anything these days. I don’t even have to work anymore if I don’t want to. I’m set for life! I discovered all the secrets of life and the Universe and my life got easier and it sped up as well. I learned how to turn dreams and ideas into realities, goals into accomplishments and achievements, failures into successes, etc.

And these things above, I would have never learned in any school or man-made institution. I didn’t have to pay any tuition to learn what I have learned and which magically transformed my life. What I’m talking about, you may have seen in the DVD “The Secret” which unfortunately didn’t work for many people due to lack of understanding but also because a major point (Law) was not covered in ‘The Secret” (perhaps due to time restraints on the total running time of the DVD). But what those people in “The Secret” were talking about and sharing with you is 100% true, applicable, and possible! I’m living proof and so are many others, i.e. Rev. Michael Beckwith, Doreen Virtue, Les Brown, et al. And I learned “The Secret” even before the DVD came out in 2006. Guess what, folks? YOU CAN TOO!

Natural Healing For Depression

Depression can be healed by greatly modifying the diet. A nutrition-rich diet is key. Lack of certain nutrients that nourish the brain and neurological system must be added to the diet. To make sure the body and the brain are getting certain nutrients that are greatly needed, it’s best to eat a diet consisting of various vegetables and fruits, in their raw form but also in the form of herbal extracts, teas, and capsules.

A raw foods diet alone will cause a tremendous positive change in a depressed person. Why? Well, because raw foods are filled with life. Raw foods are live foods and live foods are enzymatic in nature. Enzymes are what give life to raw foods. Cooked and processed foods lack enzymes and this is why cooked and processed foods are dead or lifeless.

Raw foods are not boring! They are not bland! They are not devoid of protein! Raw food is not just lettuce and carrots. It’s a whole lot of wonderful veggies, fruits, seeds, nuts, and grains. Don’t think so? Then just visit our “Dietary Choices” section on our site (within the next few weeks) and see for yourself.

Avoid meat and dairy products as well as processed and refined products. They contain many harmful chemical additives that impair the brain and nervous system.

Avoid all chemical sweetening agents: sugar, saccharin, aspartame, Nutra Sweet, Equal, high fructose corn syrup, corn syrup, dextrose, Ace-K, etc.

Avoid all beverages that contain the synthetic amino acid ‘phenylalanine.’

Avoid all commercial brand energy drinks, i.e. Red Bull, Full Throttle, etc.

Avoid all alcoholic beverages: beer, wine, champagne, etc.

Drink plenty of good water – distilled, spring, or alkaline water are best! Alkaline water is best!

By all means, avoid ALL chemical and pharmaceutical meds (drugs), especially antidepressants.

When antidepressants are consumed with painkillers, the body’s internal organs may stop due to an organ-stopping effect of serotonin syndrome. This is corroborated by Dr. Ann Blake Tracy who claims this is what killed pop icon Michael Jackson (on a physical or biological level).

Please reference the following:

“As suspected, and now confirmed, Michael Jackson dead at age 50 due to Serotonin Syndrome as a result of 2 serotonergic medications - Zoloft (antidepressant) and Demerol (pain killer). Lisa Marie Presley has not only lost her father, but now also her Ex-husband, to the same basic combination of drugs: antidepressants and painkillers. Michael Jackson lost his life due to the organ-stopping effect of Serotonin Syndrome thanks to a drug that should have been removed from the market decades ago - Demerol. A serotonergic medication similar in action to antidepressants, atypical antipsychotics, and other painkillers. Serotonin constricts smooth muscle tissue. The major organs of the body are composed of smooth muscle tissue. When serotonin levels increase too high the major organs constrict and shut down. Elevated serotonin, which all of these medications produce, causes death via multiple organ failure. This is the same way Daniel Smith, Anna Nicole Smith's young son lost his life due to the combination of four serotonergic medications.

Dr. Tracey (quoting from sources) goes on to state:

“The star had been taking prescription painkillers including anti-anxiety drugs Xanax, Zoloft and painkiller Demerol in recent months, sources close to Jackson told Life & Style. Life & Style reports that Michael Jackson was taking a cocktail of up to seven prescription drugs in the months before his death. The star had been taking prescription painkillers including anti-anxiety drugs Xanax, Zoloft and painkiller Demerol in recent months, sources close to Jackson told Life & Style. The insider close to the star said he took a suspected overdose of drugs on Thursday morning, which caused respiratory and cardiac arrest. And a Jackson family lawyer told CNN he "feared" the drugs could kill the pop star.”

And lastly,

“As the world continues to try to grasp and make sense of the incredibly shocking death of Michael Jackson, several people close to the family and investigation are hinting that prescription drugs may have played a role in the King of Pop's demise. TMZ is reporting that a Jackson family member has confirmed that Michael received a shot of Demerol just before Noon on Thursday, and that the dosage was "too much." They say Jackson typically received a shot of Demerol daily. Britain's The Sun, citing sources at the UCLA hospital where Jackson was treated, is reporting that Jackson stopped breathing shortly after a shot of Demerol, a drug similar to morphine. "Shortly after taking the Demerol he started to experience slow shallow

breathing. His breathing gradually got slower and slower until it stopped," the Sun source said.”

Readers, we can all learn something from the above – pharmaceutical drugs are DANGEROUS and they KILL and government (FDA) allows it, promotes it, and profits big time from it.
