How long does my order take to ship?
Please allow up to twenty-one (21) business days after placing your order for it to ship, though orders typically ship sooner. High-quality natural products take time to make. We do not oblige requests to expedite shipping.
Do you offer refunds or returns?
All sales are final and we do not accept returns. Damaged, defective or mislabeled items can be replaced with the same item. See the Ordering & Shipping Policy for the full terms.
How much is shipping, and do you ship internationally?
Shipping is a flat rate, currently .50 via USPS, and may change without notice. We do not ship outside of the United States.
Can I change or cancel my order?
No. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled after they are submitted, and orders cannot be combined. Please enter coupon codes and confirm your shipping address before submitting.
Where is my tracking number?
Tracking arrives by email once your order ships, and can be tracked at usps.com. Check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.
Are your products vegan and allergen-free?
Our entire line is vegan, with the exception of a few honey-based elixirs. Products are non-GMO, gluten free, soy free, wheat free, peanut free and corn free, and our supplements contain no excipients, fillers or binders.
What is “mothering” in my extract?
Our extracts contain no chemicals or preservatives, so like apple cider vinegar they may develop “mothering” over time. It is not mold and not a sign of spoilage. Refrigerate, shake before use, or strain it out. See Quality and Safety.
Can I take these with my prescription medication?
We do not recommend taking herbs at the same time as pharmaceutical medication, prescription or over the counter, due to possible interactions. Speak with a qualified healthcare provider before starting a new therapy.
How do I run a cleanse?
