Description: Sea Moss is considered by many to be one of the most nutritious substances you can consume. Sea Moss is a combination of two seaweeds: Bladderwrack (also known as Sea Wrack) and Irish Moss. Both of these seaweeds are loaded in nutrition: iodine, potassium, magnesium, calcium, zinc, etc. Plus protein (amino acids), vitamins, B-vitamins, beta-carotene, etc. Over ninety minerals in total.
