Highly recommended while performing this cleanse:

Castor Oil. Take one teaspoon daily. Suck on a lemon or lime afterwards to neutralize the taste of the castor oil.

Olive Oil. Take one teaspoon daily. Suck on a lemon or lime afterwards to neutralize the taste of the castor oil.

Pomegranate Juice. Consume 2-4 ounces daily, preferably in the morning.

Prune Juice. Consume 2 ounces minimum each night before bed.

Pumpkin seeds or Pepitas (unsalted or salted with Sea Salt only). Consume as a snack.
