We consider our Mouth Swishing Oil (or Oil Pulling Oil) one of the best on the market simply because of the ingredients used in the product: Fennel, Cilantro, Ginger, Cinnamon, Peppermint, Wintergreen, Spearmint, Clove, Allspice, and Birch.

The base is Fractionated Coconut Oil (MCT oil), which is a great way to get large concentrations of MCT (Medium-Chain Triglycerides). MCT oil is 100% pure, colorless, and odorless. It has a super-light viscosity, non-greasy feel.

Directions: Take 1-2 tablespoons of oil into mouth, swish in the mouth for 15-20 minutes and then spit out (in a cup, then dispose of). Use daily or as needed, preferably before brushing teeth.
