Moringa (Moringa oleifera), known as the Miracle Tree, native to Africa but also grows in India and the USA (via transplantation) is one of the most nutrient-dense herbs.

Moringa's nutrient profile is vast, containing minerals such as calcium, potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, iron, and zinc; vitamins such as vitamin A (from beta carotene), vitamin C, vitamin D, vitamin E, vitamin K, and B-vitamin 1 (Thiamine) B-vitamin 2 (Riboflavin), B-vitamin 3, B-vitamin 6, B-vitamin 9, B-vitamin 10, B-vitamin 12, and B-vitamin 17; amino acids (great source of plant-based protein, contains all nine essential amino acids making it a complete plant protein), antioxidant-rich (including quercetin and chlorogenic acid), enzymes (enzymatic), and chlorophyll-containing.

The nine essential amino acids are: Isoleucine, Leucine, Lysine, Methionine, Phenylalanine, Threonine, Tryptophan, and Valine.
