Ingredients: Red Raspberry leaf, Turmeric, Sage leaf, Ashoka, Dong Quai root, Shepherd’s Purse leaf, Lady’s Mantle leaf, Fennel seed, Abuta leaf, Calendula flower, Yarrow flower, Vitex berry, Cranesbill root, Bayberry bark, Wild Yam root, Anise seed, Red Clover tops, Black Cohosh root, Valerian root, Red Reishi mushroom, and Swedish Flower pollen.

Instructions (for use): Take three (3) capsules with water. Use daily or as needed. Best if taken forty-five (45) minutes before or after a meal.
