Food Grade Diatomaceous Earth (DE) is a great source of Silica and thus is helpful for improving the health of skin, nails, teeth, bones, and hair.

Diatomaceous Earth is made up of tiny fossilized diatoms (plankton) that have accumulated over millennia in fresh water lakes. Food-grade Diatomaceous Earth is low in crystalline silica and considered safe for human consumption.
