BDS Formula consists of traditionally-used African and Southeast Asian herbs. Daily men's support supplement. Contains Epimedium and Cistanches (used in Traditional Chinese Medicine) and Kigelia, Mondia Whitei, and Mpesu (used in Traditional African Medicine system). A rare supplement on the market that contains Ficus Faveolata.

Contraindication: Do not take with prescription medication.

Ingredients: Epimedium leaf, Nutmeg, Kigelia fruit, Mondia Whitei root, Ficus Faveolata vine, Mpesu bark, Cistanches rhizome, and Akpi seed.

Instructions (for use): Take three (3) capsules with water. Use daily or as needed. Best if taken forty-five (45) minutes before or after a meal.
