Moon cycle
This is a life saver! I had a terrible fibroid that made my periods miserable and by taking this and making diet and lifestyle changes I now have a regular flow and can actually live my life while I'm on my period! I recommend trying this to all my women friends and family instead of the birth control and other hormonal and surgical methods doctors use to treat heavy and painful menstrual bleeding because it WORKS!

This is great to take a few days before and during your period to prevent pain, discomfort, heavy, long mestruals and other pms symptoms. Much healthier alternative to Midol or other otc medications.
