FAQ

Question: Can I take prescription or OTC (over-the-counter) medication while performing a cleanse?

Answer: Drugs (prescription medication; OTC drugs) and plants (herbs and spices) are diametrically opposed and cancel each other out. Drugs are inorganic and thus toxic to the body (denoted by 50+ adverse side effect warnings for each drug on the market). On the other hand, plants are organic (just like the human body) and can be digested, absorbed, and assimilated (at a cellular level).

Question: How many times per year can or should I cleanse or detoxify my body?

Answer: It’s up to the individual to choose. One could cleanse or detoxify every seasonal change (every 3 months), every 4 months, twice a year, or once annually (minimum).

Question: Can I take other products or supplements while cleansing or detoxing?

Answer: It is not recommended that you consume any other product while cleansing or detoxing, unless the product liquid ionic minerals or herbal tea.

Question: Is the recommended diet while performing a cleanse raw vegan or plant-based?

Answer: Yes. Only consume plant-based foods (to the best of your ability) while cleansing or detoxifying your body. Refrain from eating anything that comes from an animal, e.g. flesh (meat), excreta, or ovum (eggs). Meat includes: poultry or foul (chicken, turkey, hen, etc.); seafood (fish, crab, lobster, shrimp, oyster, mollusk, etc.); beef, lamb, pork, buffalo, ostrich, etc. Dairy includes: milk, cheese, ice cream, butter, yogurt, sour cream, whipped cream, egg nog, colostrum, etc.

Question: Can I perform multiple cleanses together or simultaneously?

Answer: That is not recommended.
