Great formula
Works well for constipation. I found that the "Bowel Mover" works a tad bit better if you're really backed up, but "Colon Formula" works well too. This product is great for people who need some maintenance done to their colon due to a bad diet or have had colon cancer before. You'll have consistent bowel movements by taking this product, guaranteed.
