This worked well for me! Wasn't as effective as the Bowel Mover or Super Colon Formula, but still good. Best advice is to take this when you know you don't have any place to be for the next few hours. That way it has time to work its way through your intestines and get all that poo outta there. If you are backed up real bad then you need to be taking stuff like this on the regular because it works better than any janky store brand crap you can buy. It's basically a laxative but better because the herbs used in it really help your colon. Just spend the money on this instead of some B.S. and treat your body right!
