Description: Fenugreek Seed is a soothing, mucilaginous herb used for metabolic dysfunction and to alleviate mucus congestion in both respiratory and waste elimination systems. It softens and dissolves hardened masses of accumulated mucus and helps expel mucus and phlegm from the bronchial tubes. Additionally, it assist in expelling toxic waste through the lymphatic system. It is one of the BEST herbs for the lungs and entire respiratory system (due to its antiseptic properties which fights infections in the lungs; and soothing the mucous membranes of the lungs).
