Black Seed
This is the only thing I take for pain! I stopped taking over the counter drugs for my monthly period cramps. This is also great for post workout soreness. I purchase these faithfully for myself, family, and friends! I would highly recommend if you have a daughter or female relative that suffers from menstrual cramps.
