Properties, Indications, & Uses: Mild carminative, emenagogue, and mild psychoactive properties.
Indicated for: All types of stomach and intestinal disorders, breathing disorders of nervous origin, and pulmonary congestion. This estrogenlike EO is inhaled to help child birthing, to augment lactation, and is indicated for all types of menstrual problems from menarche to menopause.
Scent: Sweet, honey, licorice, and herbal notes.
Components: Pinene, Anethole (60%), and Fenchone (up to 22%).
Ingredient: Foeniculum vulgare
