I purchased this particular product for the sole purpose of keeping my immune system boosted during the Fall & Winter seasons and so far it has not disappointed. This Black Seed & Garlic product has also helped with my digestion as well helping to eliminate any kind of toxicity that might be in my belly? Overall a good combination.
