Pure essential oil of Tea Tree (Australian)

Properties, Indications, & Uses: The oil possesses a high germicidal value, has a pleasant if somewhat medicinal odor, is nonirritating and noncorrosive, and has extensive application in medicine and veterinary medicine. A great alternative to isopropyl alcohol (petroleum derivative), makes a great barber after-cut or after-shave. Does not burn the skin like alcohol. A rare oil that can be used internally, externally, by inhalation, and by application.

Indicated for: Bacteria and parasites in the digestive system, candida, viral infections, ear, nose, and throat infections; all infections of the genital or reproductive tract for both men and women.

Scent: Clear, shoe polish (aldehyde), herbaceous, and leathery odor with a greenness to it. Smells fungal like spent feet.

Components: Terpinene-4-ol (40%)

Ingredient: Meleleuca alternifolia

Suggested Use: For aromatherapy use. For all other uses and applications, dilute in a carrier oil such as Sweet Almond Oil, Jojoba, etc. Never apply essential oils directly to the skin.
