Description: Silene Capensis, an entheogen herb from South Africa, induces vivid and lucid dreams, as well as improve the quality of sleep. From consuming Silene C., dreams become more intense and memorable, and with practice even fully lucid. The herb is traditionally used by the Xhosa people of South Africa to induce vivid and prophetic lucid dreams.
