This item comes with two (2) reusable muslin bags that are made from the softest unbleached organic cotton fabric; Measuring four inches by six inches (4 x 6). These washable zero waste bags come pre-washed, meaning that this small drawstring bag will shrink no more than five per cent when it’s time to clean it.
Directions: Add herbs to a muslin cloth or stainless steel tea ball (of your choice)*. Add muslin cloth or tea ball to hot bath water while the water is running. When tub is full of hot water, let the herbs (via the muslin cloth or tea ball) marinate the water for a good fifteen (15) minutes before woman enters the tub; or, the woman can enter the tub when she feels the water is bearable enough for herb.
* Four teaspoons of herbal blend minimum is enough for one bath.
NOTE: Add Epsom salt (1 cup) to the bath water to have a sitz bath.
