Description: Moringa (Moringa oleifera), known as the Miracle Tree, native to Africa but also grows in India and the USA (via transplantation) is one of the most powerful nutritive herbs in existence. Moringa is packed with nutrients and is very therapeutic.

Moringa’s nutrient profile is vast, containing minerals such as calcium, potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, iron, and zinc; vitamins such as vitamin A (from beta carotene), vitamin C, vitamin D, vitamin E, vitamin K, and B-vitamin 1 (Thiamine) B-vitamin 2 (Riboflavin), B-vitamin 3, B-vitamin 6, B-vitamin 9, B-vitamin 10, B-vitamin 12, and B-vitamin 17; amino acids (great source of plant-based protein, contains all nine essential amino acids making it a complete plant protein), antioxidant-rich (including quercetin and chlorogenic acid), enzymes (enzymatic), and chlorophyll-containing.

Overall, Moringa (leaf) contains 92 distinct nutrients and 46 antioxidants.

The nine essential amino acids are: Isoleucine, Leucine, Lysine, Methionine, Phenylalanine, Threonine, Tryptophan, and Valine.

Moringa also contains all three essential fatty acids: omega-3 (ALA), omega-6 (LA), and omega-9 (GLA).

Moringa is also a great source of fiber.

Moringa’s potassium content is more than bananas (three times), its calcium content is more than milk (four times), and its vitamin C content is more than oranges (seven times).

Some of Moringa’s phytochemicals include: phenolics, saponins, sterols, tannins, trepenoids; alkaloids and flavonoids such as quercetin, isoquercitin, kaemfericitin, isothiocyanates and glycoside compounds.

Herbalist, Djehuty Ma’at-Ra, states that Moringa is so nutritionally dense that it can take the place of any commercial vitamin-mineral supplement on the market, just 3-6 capsules a day. Additionally, he states that Moringa makes a great pre-natal supplement.

Moringa is a great source of phyto-protein or plant-based protein and unlike animal protein there’s no concern for protein malutilization.

Moringa is the best. I've been using it for a couple of years now and I highly recommend it.
