Pure essential oil of Lavender (French)
Properties, Indications, & Uses: Calming. Sedative, muscular relaxant, anti-inflammatory, and powerful tonic for entire system. Restorative and tonic. Steam distilled from stunning flowers of the Lavandula angustifolia (synonym L. officinalis and L. vera) plant growing in cascading purple fields in the French countryside. Although this iconic plant thrives in poor, rocky soil in many parts of the world, France is still considered to be producing the planet's most remarkable Lavender.
Indicated for: Insomnia, nervous conditions, and all types of adverse skin conditions from childhood to the aged; formulating blends to help purify, support pain and inflammation relief, and encourage skin healing. It is a sublime choice for promoting overall skin health and radiance. Great in baths and all types of cosmetic products.
Scent: Powderey, floral, light, and clean. A pale yellow oil.
Components: Mainly Linalyl acetate and Linalool with additions of Geraniol.
