Clear thinking and speaking again
In high school I was always very articulate, clear headed, sharp and able to command the attention of any room. I'm 36 now and a few years ago, I started to notice I struggled with a lot of brain fog. I was struggling to articulate my thoughts during business meetings. It got so bad I started to think of excuses to give as to why I couldn't speak so I could avoid it. First, I started changing my diet by cutting out sweets and it improved greatly. But I wanted to perform at a level like a did when I was in high school. So I got this formula and I must say it works. I started taking it about 4 days ago. It took me 2 days to notice I was on point again when talking to people. My thinking is clear and when my thinking is clear my confidence is through the roof. So I'm extremely grateful for this and would recommend it to those who want clear thinking again. Or for someone who wants to learn something new and would like some help staying focused. That's also a benefit I noticed. I can stay focused for a longer period of time.
