Chilean Holly Extract
It was a honor to have received an invitation to review this extract (Chilean Holly).Unfortunately, I misplaced the bottle so I was only able to try it a few times. The last time was on Wednesday .On that day I had an early morning medical exam. The doctor said that my blood pressure and weight was good.My blood pressure usually be high. Also he said in general I looked good and to come back in six months. Lab work was also taken but I have not received the results yet. The anxiety was bothering me that morning so I just took a chance and gave it a try even though they want you to fast before lab work. Therefore, I would say it helped me in that situation. If I don't find the bottle i used ,I will order another one soon.
