Perfect remedy for constipation
If you are "backed up" this what you need to be taking. I used to take Djehuty's "Colon Formula" to resolve my constipation issues, but it wasn't working for some reason. I recently decided to try this instead and it worked to perfection. I took 3 capsules at night about an hour after eating and let it work overnight. I felt a much different reaction taking this herbal mixture as opposed to the "Colon Formula", meaning I felt my bowels moving during the night and in the morning when I woke up. The next morning I went to the grocery store and still felt a stronger reaction; by the time I got back home barely 20 minutes went by before I had to go to the bathroom. I had been constipated for 4 days that week, but it all came out that morning and I felt great afterwards. Word of advice: this formula is very effective and potent, so please adhere to the instructions. Take it at night, let it work its way through your system, and by the next morning you should get a STRONG urge to have a bowel movement without having to strain or struggle. Also, please invest in a small step stool from like Wal-Mart or Target and use it when you're in the bathroom. Elevating your knees while on the toilet allows your stool to pass out of your body easily without straining. Just Google it.
