Pure essential oil of Blue Lotus (also known as Sacred Blue Lotus and Sacred Blue Water Lily), a potently psychoactive plant, was traditionally used in Ancient Kemet (Egypt) for a host of things, including inducing states of euphoria, ecstasy, and well-being; countering pain, increasing circulation (to the brain and private parts area); facilitating dreams (vivid dreaming), calms the internal and external senses, uplifts the mood.

Blue Lotus contains an anti-spasmotic called Nuciferin and contains aporphine (elements that can increase the dopamine level to a certain extent and make one feel happy). 

This wonderful and potent essential oil is hypnotic and narcoleptic and has a host of spiritual and metaphysical properties.
